Description:
There is no such thing as a group with an original sound. There are only groups who blend sound originally. And this is what Coach Said Not To does. Inspiration comes not from miraculous or grandiose sources, but from what catches our eye in the everyday.
Band Members:
Eva and Linnea Mohn decided to first collaborate when they realized they shared a common gene pool.
In 1993, they crossed paths with Lee Violet in a rural dance studio located above a VFW Club. Soon after, they realized they also shared a love of music and that they just might have sumpthin’ good goin’…
*Flash Forward About a Decade*
After years of dancing together (ballet and jigs), and much verbal abuse from various coaches, the 3 decided to “Put it in the music – the people must hear the music…”
Most recently, CSNT has rounded out the ensemble with the talented drumming of Mr. Nate Perbix (despite his never being verbally assaulted by a coach).
