Description:
We consider ourselves as a "punk" band, but our influences range outside that spectrum, into stoner metal, post-rock, space rock, and various other genres. Our influences include: -Kyuss -Black Sabbath -Joy Division -Crass -Hawkwind Our name refers to a philosophy built into our lyrics, one encouraging free-thought, humanism, and wonder. We wish to combat mediocrity and ignorance wherever we see it, and facilitate creative evolution in general. The term "monolithic" is what we use to describe an element we detect in many of the songs we are influenced by, and we attempt to recreate that feeling in our music.
