Description:
Tru~Country is made up of four guys, some from Virginia and some from North Carolina. Tru~Country Band performs Country(old & new), Southern Rock and Blues. Our goal is to make our venues proud and our audiences satisfied. We have a great sound and leave you wanting more.
Band Members:
Steve Mitchell- Owner of the Band and Keyboardist and lead vocalist for the band is from White Level, NC. Johnny Goodwin- Lead Guitarist/Vocalist, is from Franklinton, NC he is retired from a major company in Raleigh. Jerry Slagle- Bassist for the band plays a mean bass guitar and is from Emporia, Va. and last but not least, Larry Bledsoe-Drummer is from Macon, NC and he can make all the girls shake to the beat of his drum. Kimberly Creech-Mitchell is the songwriter/Manager/co-owner of the Tru~Country Band.
