Description:
An experimental indie combo formed in February 2001, Lions Of March merge unexpected forms in combinations that confound the uninitiated. Nonetheless, they scrape off hooks from forgotten corners, leaving them stamped indelibly upon your mind. They don’t always seem to know where they’re going or care, feeling that sonic exploration is its own reward.
Band Members:
Lions Of March features three different songwriters who typically write in three distinct styles. Each member sings, and plays a variety of instruments. Seeing them live, whether as just the core trio or fleshed out with a few key additions, is to witness an endless number or permutations and instrument changes.
