Description:
We're a Classic Rock & Blues band from Salem, Oregon. We’ve been playing Salem Oregon and the surrounding area for about four years now. We cover artists like The Black Crowes, The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and few Cream songs just to name a few. We do some Motown, a little blues, and we burn down the house with our Five of Clubs originals.
Band Members:
We are a four piece band and we all sing but, with a great voice and some nasty guitar licks, Gabe Cox is the main singer for the Five of Clubs Band. With a history of blues Sweet Jon Bricker is one of those lead guitar players who will make you turn your head and go, “Who the f*** is this?” Sheldon Roy holds down the bass line and sings some classic covers. Last but not least, drummer / harmonica / singer Mark Cox keeps the beat from the rhythm section. We all have a solid classic rock and blues background with a deep respect for the music. Our covers are “Five of Clubs style” and not something your used to. We’re not really a typical cover or a wedding band, we play a variety of songs but they mostly have a Classic Rock & Blues feel to them. From the fist song we grab your attention and make you want to get on the dance floor. We're starting to draw more and more interest with our sound.
