MONOGON formed in 2004 originally as the band Soul Abruption. The name was changed to MONOGON after many fans kept asking "what are you called again?". MONOGON hard hitting heavy metal from the Twin Cities local area. One of Minnesota's newest and heaviest bands, MONOGON delivers the best in metal. MONOGON has its first album titled Initiate schedule for release 12/21/09 which is guaranteed to please metal fans. With its unique style MONOGON is a one of a kind black metal band.
