Description:
Aloft in the Sundry is based out of Denver, CO. Dubbed by the press as "Strident Stomp Rock" Aloft bring a an Alternative Rock/Post-Punk edge to Piano Rock. They have opened for well known bands such as Cobra Starship, Fall Out Boy, +44, Paul Wall, The Dirty Heads and more. Instrumental versions of their songs have been featured on MTV's Next and they have gotten strong reviews from past performances at South by Southwest.
Their current album "Fore" was recorded at the world famous Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO which is also known for recording Flobots, Rise Against, Broadway Calls and some of the biggest Punk names in the game!
Band Members:
J, Aren, BJ & Nelson have been working and touring musicians for years. Aren has worked as a sound engineer at The Blasting Room and brings an insane talent to Aloft with his background vocals and bass. J is a truly gifted front man. He has an appearance and a vocal style that is unrivaled in the regional music scene; and he does it all behind his (now infamous in the CO music scene) keyboard!
