Stage presence from lead singer is right on. Music is hard without being too heavy. Their sound is diverse enough where the bands they perform with sound very different from one another. Enough to make me want to stay throughout the entire show because it doesn't feel like I'm listening to the same thing over and over, which happens fairly often. |

Description:
Hailing from Monterey, California, the hard hitting yet exuberant foursome is endlessly self promoting and utterly dedicated to their craft. Like a custom chopper, Counter Clockwise is polished, attractive and turns heads ever where they go. Exhibiting a diverse range of influences including, but not limited to, Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains, and Black Label Society, Counter Clockwise's melting pot of sounds is contagious and full of energy.
Back in 2007 Counter Clockwise released a 9 song self titled CD, and will soon be releasing their 2nd album, "Dance on my Grave.” Since their debut at the 2006 Monterey Rock and Art Festival, Counter Clockwise has produced more than enough music to last a lifetime, and proved time and again that they can handle any venue.
What sets Counter Clockwise apart are their awe inspiring live performances as well as a true connection with their fans. Although being recognized by several labels and receiving radio play, Counter Clockwise is still what their fans have always known them to be; an immensly entertaining, crowd pleasing bunch of hellians, ready to turn the Monterey music scene upside down.
