TRANSPOSE is a band that has no set scene, or gimmick, or clique. We are a group of 4 people that write music, live music, breath music, bleed music. We accept and appreciate all kinds of music. And that is what we are all about. Setting no limits, EVER! We do not dress up, we do not match clothing, we do not dress a certain way. WE take the grunge/underground metal approach-HERE WE ARE! We let our stage show do the work. We let it do the talking. We don't have attitudes, or egos....We leave that all on stage. If we are not bleeding, broke something or puking after a set-WE FEEL WE HAVE NOT DONE OUR JOB FOR YOU!! TRANSPOSE is a melding of 4 Musicians from different backgrounds that form 1 sound and vision. Not quite metal, not quite prog, not quite grunge, not quite screamo, not quite ambient ;however a mixture of all these things gives the band the foundation for their signature sound without ever being trapped in a specific genre.
TRANSPOSE is a high energy live band. Transpose leaves their blood, sweat , and hearts on stage everytime they play,no matter if they are in front of 2 people or hundreds.
