Description:
Reapers Are The Angels is a 6 piece Christian/Death metal band located in central Virginia. RATA was formed in Late 2007 with their common desire being to play music, however, their greater desire being to bring the positive and encouraging message of Jesus Christs' love to all of those who will care to come to one of their shows or listen to their music. Their desire is not just to play music, but through the facet of music, be able to make a difference and impact the lives of others.
Despite RATA being together for only a short time now, they have had the priviledge to play with National Bands such as: -With Blood Comes Cleansing -Becoming the Archetype -Once Nothing -Gwen Stacy -Oh Sleeper -Burden of a Day -Eyes Set to Kill -Here I Come Falling

RATA is comprised of 5 guys and 1 girl. -James Perkins- vocals -Jacob Wyatt- guitar -Keith Poulos- guitar -Jayson Hall- bass -Michael Tarbet- drums -Maria Eakin- keyboard
4 of the members are currently pursuing college degrees. 1 member is currently still in high school. Despite RATA being located in central Virginia, not all of the members are from Virigina. One member is located from as far away as Alaska and another member is located from Florida, with the rest of the members being from Virginia. Regardless of the diversity of the individuals, their strong Christian bond and great passion for music makes them a strong force in their future of the music industry.
