Band Members:
Mandolinist Matt Dudman has appeared locally for the City of Sacramento and the Dixon Mayfair, and across the country at the IBMA ‘Fan Fest’ in Kentucky and on Louisiana’s Abita Opry. Banjo player George Goodell is well known and loved having performed with Carolina Special at California ‘grand slam’ of festivals: Grass Valley, Wolf Mountain, and Bluegrassin’ in the Foothills. Both men are first-call ‘hired guns’ for studio and live performance with the cream of the crop of California musicians, and together Matt & George have performed on ABC Television, at the International Bluegrass Music Museum’s River of Music Party in Owensboro, KY at the California Bluegrass Association’s Father’s Day Festival, among many other venues.

Matt and George bring together some of the very best fiddle, string bass and guitar players in Northern California to play top notch music, providing fun for all, with hot instrumental licks and sweet vocal harmonies, backed by a tight rhythm section, all packed into a fast paced, entertaining music show like you’ve never seen before.
