Description:
Flaming Youth is a young band just starting out. We play plain rock and roll. Other genres that could be associated with us would pobably be garage and blues. We are not picky on shows, all we want is an audience that can enjoy rock and roll. As of right now we have no recorded material but hope to at least have an EP by mid summer. Our influences include: the White Stripes, the Black Keys, Pixies, the Hold Steady, the Hard Lessons, George Thuroughgood, My Morning Jacket, and many others.
Band Members:
I, James O'Dea, play lead guitar and lead vocals. I listen to all music. I am 16 and work at a Coldstone Creamery. Although we are young we have liscences and cars so we are able to get where we need to be.
Nate Willouhby, that name may be spelled incorrectly, plays rhythm and occasional sings. He is also 16 and works with me at the Coldstone.
Andy Webster plays drums and is 17 years old. He is currently employed at a local Dairy Queen.
We are all very close friends and we have played local shows around our Grand Blanc area
