Description:
Brer is a rock n' roll band. Combining an earthy but classy vibe, Brer plays music bursting with energy and emotion. From folky ballads to rockin' driving songs with impassioned lyrics, Brer keeps fans of all ages coming back for more.
Band Members:
Brer has been creating music together for 2 years. Matt, Kyle and Scott have been friends since elementary school, and met Justin about 3 years ago through his cousin. They have shared and grown from each other's influences. Each brings a unique personality to the band with influences ranging from Wilco, Whiskeytown and Billy Joe Shaver to master lyricists like Bob Dylan and The Band and Bright Eyes to Radiohead the eclectic genius of Sufjan Stevens. Matt is an intimate and personal frontman. Justin and Scott provide great wit and humor and Kyle is really bad at dancing. Brer shows combine flip-flops and barefeet, jackets and ties, and good old fasioned rock-n-roll.
