Description:
33rd Street Band is a diverse group of seasoned musicians who share a love of the great horn bands of the 1960s and 1970s. Each member brings his unique background to the music to make a unified wall of sound, creating fantastic big horn rock and roll excitement! The band performs a large variety of music including tunes from Chicago, Blood Sweat & Tears, Santana, Wilson Pickett, Tower of Power, The Blues Brothers, Joe Cocker, Lighthouse, Billy Joel, James Brown, Little Feat, The Beatles, and more. Upon request the band will perform a whole Blues Brothers tribute with a great pair of impersonators called The Soulmen (www.thesoulmen.com) from Cleveland, OH. The band has performed at quite a variety of venues including festivals, corporate parties, country clubs, night clubs, weddings, fundraisers, and more.
