Description:
Combining driving bass, powerful drums and guitar, hypnotic keys, and meaningful lyrics, The Increase has established itself as a unique and captivating up and coming band from central and southwest Ohio. The Increases incredible ability to overcome adversity is a testament to the bands drive and will to take their music to the corners of the earth. Hailing for Urbana, Dayton, Springfield, and Marion, The Increase comes from a few different backgrounds, creating a mixture of musicians and influences that may never be duplicated.
Band Members:
The Increase shares the common goal of taking their music as far as they can. "Its a big part of what holds this whole thing together. Weve seen what can happen, and if we didnt share this vision, the consequences would be catastrophic", says drummer Josh Berridge.
The Increase faced a few hardships recently with departures and other issues, but has managed to bounce back.
"All bands go through ups and downs throughout playing with each other, but the truth and the faith beyond the band is if the band can keep faith and keep together. Music is supposed to be fun and I enjoy having fun and will love playing shows in front of people with the group of members that are together now. Our music is just unique and awesome." -Matt Roy
