Description:
One Man Standing is a Rock band from the small town of Holbrook in northeast Arizona. Originally a 3 piece, the band was rockin hard as it was, but the 3 musicians felt that adding another guitar would complete the equation. Riley turned the band on to his longtime friend, guitarist Johnny(Blaze) Hardin, and One Man Standing has since had phenominal musical success. With David and Riley both having experience playing in bands,(they were both in The Red Lights, and Riley plays bass in Freudian Slip), they are using their little bit of knowledge to book shows with other local bands at all of the local hotspots. Playing with bands such as Freudian Slip, to Juliet, and The Corrupt Five, One Man Standing is up and coming within the Arizona music scene. To sum it up... These guys are ANIMALS!!!!! One Man Standing puts a new level of energy into their music and shows, so watch out for One Man Standing coming to a town near you, they put on one HELL of a show!!!!! Our influences come from bands ranging from Guns n' Roses and The Sex Pistols, to Avenged Sevenfold and Green Day. Every musician or group that you have heard, you retain a little bit of it in the back of your mind, well we've focused all of it together to get our own unique sound. From catchy pop-punk riffs and shredding to melodic verses and choruses with super powerful breakdowns, One Man Standing has created a sound to call its own.
