Texas Rain plays all of your favorite Texas Country music. The members combined have over 100 years worth of experience and have been together for nearly 4 years. Texas Rain is a name that has been around for many years and the band has taken many forms under the vision of Kurt O'Briant. In 2002, after having been in various other bands, Kurt met Stace Ogle while he was playing rhythm guitar for another band. Kurt talked to Stace about being the front man for Texas Rain and thus the current version of Texas Rain was born.
Band Members:
Kurt O'Briant-Lead Guitar and vocals. Kurt has been playing and singing for 17 years. His inspirations are Brent Mason, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard and other legendary greats. Stace Ogle-Lead vocals and rhythm guitar. Stace has over 10 years of experience as a guitar player. Stace is inspired by anyone who paves their own way and is not controlled by THE MAN. John Boon-Bass and vocals. John is the most famous member of Texas Rain having played with some famous musicians, (check the website for details)and has over 30 years of experience! Dustin Lawson-Drums.Dustin is the youngest member of the band, but his talent is unmatched.
