Description:
Meet The Unmentionablz~ an energetic, fun, and entertaining group, filling a dancefloor faster than you can say "Hand Wash in Hot Water"! Whether it's Classic Rock, Blues, Funk, Soul, or Originals, this four-man, one-woman band brings many decades of collective experience to the stage, making yours a fun and memorable event! Costumes, reminiscent of the Untouchables or Bonnie and Clyde, add even more flavor to this high-energy dance band.
Band Members:
The Unmentionablz are driven by the solid drums-and-bass team of Jimmy Reynolds and Ed Evans. add Mandrell, and Tess, and you've got dynamite! There's a good chance you've seen Ed play before; he played many California clubs and toured the country with the Evans Brothers. Besides pumping the bass, Ed sings both lead and harmonies. Jimmy's an Oklahoma native, former Navy Man, and the force behind the Unmentionablz. (You'll see.) Even though he's usually happily singing along, you'll be glad to know that Jimmy's not allowed to have a microphone. Tess McManus is our hyper little sister. Give her a snazzy-looking guitar and a pair of fishnets, and she's as happy as an ant at a picnic. Sometimes she sings. Sometimes she wails. Sometimes, you might want to tape the windows up. Our keyboardist, Mandrell Cornett, is phenominally talented, but don't tell him we said that. Rather than list what he plays, it would be far easier to list what he does NOT play. There. That's it. Plus, he writes, sings, and knows way more about music than most humans do.
