Description:
In early 2004, two local bands(ICE SHIP & DEAD BEAT DADS) toured together. but after only two shows, it seemed as though the members of the 80's rock group Ice Ship could not coexist any longer......their guitarist Goldie DeVille(Mike kmiec) and keyboardist/vocalist Toto Monroe(Phil Brankin) both packed up and headed north....north of the train tracks, where things would be different. There they met up with two members of the Dead beat Dads.....their guitarist Bob Towne and their lead vocalist Steve Jackson. They recognized each others talents and desires, their opinions and their needs.......they then decided to form the Blackout.....a band where the music is about the music
