Band Members:
Steve Grandinetti is the founder and leader, starting GJR in the summer of 2000. A multi-instrumentalist singer songwriter, Grandinetti handles keyboards, vocals, guitar and percussion. As the band went through several personnel changes he found himself using his 3 best students 2 summers ago and they have become the true band! His right hand man is 17 year old Zeke Wakefield on guitars, who has huge ears and a depth beyond his years. He uses his amazing technique in a generous and tasteful way comping or soloing, playing slide and blowing people's minds! Felloe 17 year old Lora White is a phenomenal bass player, who is a natural who is also graceful, flowing and phat. 14 year old drummer Conor Sisk also continues to astound audiences with his smooth transitions from second line to reggae to rock to blues and back, as well as mind-blowing solos. These three young musicians have been studying with Steve for 3+ years, and when you hear this band thay sound like one being the way they play together.
