Eightimesover was created by Mike Orris, Jr. in April of 2003 with a passion to pursue heavy music without genre borders. What was birthed is what you hear; a blend of thrash, punk, hardcore, and melody into something monstrous. The debut CD (Step One In the Systematic Decline of Humanity) was released in September of 2003. Mike’s talent on different instruments was expressed on this recording as he wrote and recorded all of the parts on the drums, guitars, and bass, while Jake Norris took on lyrical and vocal duties which include powerful messages and great precision. Mike Orris, Jr. is now in the process of writing the second full length album (Infinite Regress) which is mostly inspired by his near-death car accident that he was recently involved in. EXO is shooting to have the album released by July of 2005 off of Punishmentmetal Records.
