Coming Up Brass, or CUB, is a 9 piece (yes 9!) group of musicians who play for the love of the music. When it comes to music, trust us, size does matter ... we have a BIG sound! We've been playing limited engagements in and around the Charlotte, NC area for 12 years performing for all sorts of events, such as Corporate and Private Parties, Weddings, Community Festivals, Beach Blasts, and many others. Playing your favorite Carolina Beach, Soul, Rock and Roll, and Rhythm & Blues from the 60's - 80's
Band Members:
Together, the 9 members of CUB have over 200 years of performing experience! Our vocalists will knock you out with their powerful and soulful sounds. You just don't find bands with a tighter horn section, or a rhythm section that grooves and funks like CUBs. We all perform because we LOVE to get people out on the dance floor doing their thing, and singing along with the band.
