Description:
This musical adventure should be listed in the experimental punk section. The vibe emanating from the Silence Is Treason stage, could be linked to a Queen-Jane's Addiction fusion or to the less known Mean Reds meets Mars Volta.
Silence Is Treason is composed of guitar mastermind/ prodigy-Donato, drummer- Dominic, bass- Jason, and singer- Omar...who also plays the air synth, theremin, xylophone and acts as the dancing king of the group.
The donkey kicking live show has been known to feature dressing or undressing, live poetry, glass breaking, and even body painting.
With song topics ranging from what is on the radio today (Radio Graffiti) to the dehumanization of society (El Matador) this philosophically and politically charged band is versatile and uber appealing to every ear. Check out the new album coming to stores near you very soon.
