Description:
The beginning of the band started when Luke and Daniel met at a skatepark in Bryan TX. Daniel was in the band General Dilemma at the time and invited Luke and some friends to a concert. At the concert, Luke and Daniel started talking and decided to get together some time and jam out because while Daniel was playing bass in G.D., he really wanted to play drums in a band. They got together and right away decided to form a band and get this going. All they needed was a singer and a bass player. Luke’s friend Brandon who was in Arkansas at the time was moving down in a few months. Brandon was eager to start this band and was ready to take on the most important role of the lead singer. As for the bass player, there was no one that they knew of that wanted to do it. After a while, Daniel decided to play bass and call a drummer who he had known that was down for anything, Garret. So finally the band was assembled. It took a good 3 months of practicing and creating to get enough song to perform them at a show. Their first show was April 3, 2004 at Java Jazz in Spring TX. What the future holds for the group is unknown but what is known is opportunity. The art rock vibe that they give off at emotional live performances outlines their overall sound that resembles Weezer, Third Eye Blind, and Sunny Day Real Estate. They look forward to many more shows and opportunities.
