Description:
Zydeco JoneZ was started in March of 2004 in Portland Oregon with the purpose of taking the Polka out of Zydeco while blending in Funk, Blues, Rockabilly, and popular up-tempo dance tunes. We are lovingly known as The "Self-Proclaimed Bastards of Zydeco"
Band Members:
There are six members in the band playing the following instruments, the accordion, bass, guitar, trumpet, drums, and washboard. We are all responsible and take our music very seriously and always have a blast playing. We feel very fortunate that we have the opportunity to play such a festive, upbeat style of music like Zydeco.
