Description:
Brian Elder (former front man for the bands, "Splint" and "SliverShot") signed on with Blue River Music in April of 2006 and has recently released his first solo album under the label, "Breaking These Chains" on September 8, 2006. The first single is titled "angel" and has been on various radio stations throughout the United States. Brian has been playing music since he can remember. He has headlined and played well known venues such as The Norva, The Thunderdome, Jaxx, and William and Mary Hall to list a few. He has been on the bill for bands such as Bret Michaels (frontman for the band Poison), Ill Nino, Diecast, Fighting Gravity, 3 Days Grace, Stand, Papa Roach, Hed (PE) and various other artists. He has been interviewed and featured on different radio stations in the U.S. Brian has placed first in many "Battle of the Bands" competitions, had articles featured in Glo-Quips, The Daily Press, Southside Sentinel, The Gazette Journal, The Virginian Pilot, NineVolt Magazine and more
