Amber is a true, native Floridian, born and raised in Jacksonville. It became evident at a very young age that Amber had extraordinary vocal abilities. Her first performance in front of a large audience was at the age of 5 singing a church solo. All throughout her school years, she was known for her big voice and extensive range and was cast as the female lead in several large musicals. After her high school graduation, Amber took to the town performing 6 nights a week locally and after a brief hiatus, this vivacious beauty with that amazing voice is back, better than ever, and wowing her audiences once again.
Amber's repertoire includes Pop, Rock, R&B, Country, Christian Contemporary and many other styles of music, to which she brings her unique abilities. Her pure, sweet tone and impressive range leaves her audiences and music professionals wanting more. She is always looking for new and exciting vocal challenges since even Celine, Faith and Whitney are just a few artists that she covers flawlessly and effortlessly. Her original style, unique voice, stunning looks and personality will surely catapult her into a successful career in the music industry.
Amber is well known throughout Jacksonville and St. Augustine's music circuit for her versatility and eclectic performances. She has been featured, and has hosted, several concerts and radio and television programs.
Currently, Amber is performing in Jacksonville several times a month with her band "Prolifique". She was also recently invited to perform on the nationally syndicated television program "Showtime at the Apollo" which will begin taping in September. Still, Amber finds time to work on her new album that will feature some original songs written by her talented songwriter/husband, Glenn McSwain. They are collaborating together to produce a full-length album due out next year. With his talented writing and her superb, angelic voice, it is expected to be an impressive compilation of work. It is well known that in order to make it in the music industry, you need to have the voice, the look, the attitude and the presence to complete the package, and Amber definitely has them all - and more! She is definitely in a league all her own.
