Description:
We are Northern California's hottest rock/country band. We are a high energy band that plays everything from Lynard Skynard to Whitesnake to Tracy Byrd. We are confident that we play at least one song for anyone's taste.

Band Members:
Wes Lobo (Acoustic Guitar/Vocals) - Wes was born and raised in Oroville. Wes is from a long line of musicians whose styles vary from classical to Spanish style. From the age of 5 Wes had strong interest in music and it was not uncommon to see him on the stage with the band strumming on an early 1900’s Beltone mandolin owned by his Grandmother who was a bluegrass picker herself. At age 17 Wes meet Jim Connelly at Table Mountain Tavern where he became a member of the house band Standing Room Only. The relationship with drummer Jim would prove strong through Wes’s many relocations that included Steamboat Spring,Co.,and Glendale, AZ. Fate had it’s way in Arizona where Wes meet Eurrie Moody, who was from Wes’s home town area, but either Wes or Eurrie new this till the end of their first conversation. Wes would then return home and form the Band Haywire with Eurrie.Wes would soon reunite with long time friend and fellow musician Jim Connelly. Wes’s favorite groups include Sister Hazel, Dave Mathews, Train, Counting Crows, Alan Jackson. And Credence. Wes’s favorite guitarist is current lead ax man ROSS THE BOSS. This Guy SMOKES!!!!

Ross Miserendino (Lead Guitar/Slide Guitar, Vocals) - Born on Chicago's South Side. At the age of fourteen began teaching himself guitar. Within a couple of years, he found himself playing lead guitar in local rock bands. Even though he played mostly rock in the early days, he found it impossible to ignore his true feelings. He began to notice much of what he played had its roots in the Blues. He continued playing in bands, playing what he felt. He continued playing in lounges, dances, clubs, concerts, festivals, and even some session work. Joe Ross' style epitomizes Chicago Blues. When you hear HayWire, you will hear for yourself. His influences are to numerous to name, but include the likes of B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Michael Bloomfield, Eric Clapton, Stephen stills and many more. After graduating college, and at the age of 22, he and his new wife Nancy moved to Southern California. During the many years in Southern California it became difficult for him to perform, due in large part to his professional demands. But he never stopped playing. In 2000, Joe Ross and family moved to Northern California, due mostly to professional reasons. In September 2001, he because acquainted with Eurrie Moody, Jim Connelly, and Aron Bert, who were performing under the name HayWire. It was at that time HayWire found themselves in need of a lead guitarist, and Joe Ross was added to the group. The HayWire band began to really take off. The band performed constantly, gaining credibility and popularity with each performance. The success of this group was short lived, and the band broke up. In the summer of 2003 the group would re-form adding former singer/guitarist Wes Lobo to the mix and......HayWire was re-born and better than ever! All of the member of HayWire look forward to continued performing in the area and look forward to recording some of their original material. So come on and check us out! See ya soon and ROCK ON!!!

Aron Bert (Bass/Backup Vocals) - At Age 15 Aron began playing bass. He had it in his mind already that the bass was more than just to keep the beat of the song. Aron advanced his styles of bass with influences such as Peter Cetera, Ross Valory, and Jason Scheff. At 15 years old he also joined up with vocalist Eurrie Moody and drummer Jeff Davis and formed Burnin' Spurs playing country music. With so many things happening at this time Burnin' Spurs decided to take a pause after doing a few gigs. A year later Eurrie contacted Aron and told him about this awesome guitarist, Wes Lobo, that could also do vocals which led up to Haywire. Things after this began falling into place when we created the new and current HayWire lineup.

Jim Connelly (Drums/Backup Vocals) - Jim started to play the drums at age 12. Originally from the Bay Area, Jim has played with King Steel, Van & Storage Co. and Standing Room Only, just to mention a few of the great bands, since starting his professional career in the early seventies. The bands ranged in styles from hard rock to country music. After moving to Oroville, Jim played at Table Mountain Tavern with Craig McNair and was later joined by Wes Lobo to form "The House Band". After a few years apart, Wes Lobo and "The Crazy Drummer" met up again in the forming of Haywire the early years.
