Presented to you by Sight & Sound Inc. and Maroun Productions; Diggerfoot offers the best in Rock and Roll (No heavy metal), Hip-Hop, Country, Contemporary Top 40 and Dance. Our music is not grouped in genres so that you hear all Country the first set, dance and then all rock. We believe that clubs have a mixture of people with a mixture of taste. That’s why our music is intricately mixed to satisfy paying customers all night. Our song list includes songs from such artist as Aerosmith, George Jones, Marvin Gaye, Nelly, The Shams, Kid Rock, Travis Tritt, Eminem, Merle Haggard, Matchbox Twenty, 50 Cent and Three Doors Down. So basically, we take you from one end of music spectrum to the other, but at the same time not forcing our songs on the crowd. Our song list on stage is not the “gospel truth,” if it’s not working, we adapt to the crowd. (No Polka, Opera, Classical, or Folk Music sorry!)
Band Members:
Robbie Hendricks: Bass/Vocals- From Wilson, NC. Has been playing music since he was 6 years old. Bringing you variety of bass links from all genres of music, and vocals that get the girls scrEAming. In the ladder part of 98 took the position of Bass/Vocals in what's known today as Diggerfoot.
Ronnie Waters: Lead Guitar /Vocals-Studio session worker from Tarboro NC, has been up and down the eastern seaboard playing with everyone from Doug Clark & the Hot Nuts to the Thunder Road band. One of the most of electrifying guitar performances you will ever see.
Jay Street: Keys/Back-up Vocals- From Hot-Lanta. Mr.Street has played in a slew of progressive Jass bands in the Raleigh area and now expanding his abilities in the diggerfoot band, Street brings to you a mix of jazz/rock/funk style to the diggerfoot band like they have never had.
Donnie Tittle: Drummer- From the windy city in Illinois, Donnie drives the band with his hard ass rock/but smooth funked out the yin yang groove of percussionism. Also carying the roll of merchandise cooridnator, Donnie never loses time on clock of rock with his steady chicago beats.
Michael R. Jones: Lead Vocals- Starting out as an Elvis Impersonator at age 4, Jones has opened up to a WIDE variety of music since his Hunk-a-burning love days. Singing anything from Rob Thomas, Marvin Gaye, Guns-n-Rose, Dave Matthews to Eminem, Nelly and Three Doors Down. Jones likes to mix it up and act a little crazy on stage for the folks.
