Van Lawrence - Drummer

I seek professional minded band, just looking to play gigs. I have many years behind me playing gigs. I would like to find a band that takes it serious but not taking the fun out of playing. I have been a drummer in several bands when I lived in the Chicago/Milwaukee areas. I now reside in the Ozarks of Missouri.

Blues is my favorite genre but I am also into Country, Rock, Old Soul, Old R&B and Funk. I would rather get into a Blues band but would consider Classic Rock or Classic Country. I am interested in doing any originals a band may have, as well! I am a lyricist, too.

Currently, I am upgrading my kit and sound equipment. It will be an very UNIQUE set-up and will be completed June 2005. I am looking for another music project - either to start a new band or join an established gigging band that needs a drummer!
