Innocence

In October Of 2002 The City of Sacramento spawned five vicious killers, armed with pure intent to produce bone-crushing metal. Raw talent and rabid hatred bled forth to form this stabbing five-piece. From a state of morbid disgust, Innocence was created.

Front man “Chad Cornell” forces spine-snapping lyrics of revoltingness upon us. Injecting a satisfaction, a mainline of hell screams straight to that metal vein in your brain. The source of his powerful vice if exposed and distinct, ripping out trough the audio damage created by the band, and tearing up from the center of an explosive soul. Clearly the voice of true metal is heard.

“Wade Darby” guarantees razor-sharp guitar-induced torture. The destroyer of predictable played out riffs; he redefines the guitar solo, liberating us from the unimaginative vomit seeming to spew from today's automated metal. His piercing ability demands respect from us all who appreciate the calculated agony of a perfectly SICK riff.

A drummer of penetrating style, “Josh Bauer” rules his favorite realm. Self-enforced perfection and rare natural ability exude form this mad-master. Blended with his band, Bauer forms that signature sound exclusive of Innocence. Watching his drumming live, you sense he is on the edge of going fucking insane, fueled by the desire to release his energy. Expectations are raised and met with his talent only to surpass what you thought what his limit. This professional channels much mayhem through splintered sticks and punished skins. Self-perfection as a brutal guideline, he gives the gift of shred to us.

Chad Lynch (“Muff”) delivers raw uncivilized, guitar rhythm straight from his animated, unpredictable, mind. Fluid with earned experience, Muff's ability to mosh and still pierce through our minds with those strings inspires us to go crazy with him. His character on & off stage entertains us; the metal maniac within him is always right there, ready to create a shredding antidote to the disappointing alternatives. Delivering to us a satisfying, unrelenting dose of the cure, otherwise known as “Muffination.”

Armed with his bass guitar, and carving his own deep wound into this sickness, “Myles Hamilton” completes Innocence with his impressive force. Exposing the core of metal for us all, his driven love for this music manifests a style matched by none.
