Formerly known as "The Canterbury", THE PEARL is a theater that has been meticulously restored to its original architectural style and sophistication. With its decorative columns and luminous vintage tones there is a warm and inviting atmosphere in this almost forgotten historical and luminous venue. Built in 1867, it was once a community favorite for plays and productions, that was sadly closed down for close to 15 years....... until now! Just one hour from Chicago and along the southern shore of beautiful Lake Michigan in the heart of historical Michigan City.
