Description:
Born in a small town in East Tennessee, Crystal Morrisett, has been singing since the age of 3. She began singing in church and her love of singing and music grew to be such that she sang anywhere and everywhere she could. She has entered numerous talent competitions including the famous Nashville Star and Colgate Country Showdown. At the age of 13, Crystal began singing with a local DJ service in her hometown. Her voice demanded attention and Crystal certainly got it. By the time she was 15, Crystal was a seasoned entertainer sitting in with bands from across the state. At the age of 18, Crystal began singing with the Halsey-Taylor band and became the front person of the group by the age of 19; adding her name in front of the band name. She played all around the southeastern united states in any place she could to be heard. Finally, at the age of 20, she opened for country music singer, Chely Wright. From there, Crystal moved to Branson, MO, where she quickly became known for her unbelievable voice. She was approached by several shows before deciding to join the cast of “50’s At the Hop.” After one season of performing at 50’s, as the featured female vocalist, Crystal was approached by Branson’s violin and fiddle player of the year, Dean Church. Crystal joined the cast of the Dean Church show and was the main singer and the only female in the show. Crystal traveled all over the United States with the variety show, getting rave reviews wherever the show traveled. The show included all styles of music from Bluegrass to rock-n-roll, even a little broadway and lots of flashy costume changes. After 2 years of performing with the Dean Church show, Crystal decided to move back to Tennessee to write songs for an up-and-coming album. She has been working on the album since her move back to Tennessee and plans on releasing it by Summer 2010

With some 50 odd years of community experience, The Boys are steadily becoming one of the industries most sought after road bands. All members having singing talent, it provides for a lusterous harmonious style that few can match. Some credentials include music degrees from ETSU, and UT Knoxville; and performances in Japan, Germany, and England. But sound isn't all they have. They have the stage presence to go with it, providing a visual force to be reckoned with. However, experience only takes you so far. You have to have style, and the right attitude. No matter where they go, or who they come in contact with, FUN is the name of the game, and these guys DELIVER!
