Description:
5 piece original rock band from Des Moines Iowa area. We've been out in the scene since December 2001. Our sound includes leads from all three guitar players (even bass!), vocal harmonies, and the sweet sound of Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifiers and Gibson guitars. You'll find us practicing 3 nights weekly. Currently working in a new singer with new material. You can hear streaming audio at http://www.myspace.com/lostrocket and download if you like.
Band Members:
Andy is a jack of all trades. If he weren't playing drums in this band he could easily play bass or guitar.
Ross is the "new guy" who is now taking on the task of singing for the rocket. He's coming along very quickly and we are delighted. Ross also knows some guitar and drums.
Heath is a talented mofo. He very capably holds down the bass guitar duties and could be playing lead guitar in a heavy metal band.
Steve plays guitar and is sort of a second lead vocal. He previously was our lead singer until Ross came along. Steve's influence can be heard throughout the majority of our early material.
Dan plays guitar and sings some backing vocals. Besides being the keeper of the studio, Dan also currently produces the band.
