Description:
Soul Priority found its beginnings during a jam session in a small room in a small house on a small beach in July of 2003. What started as an innocent jam session, three days later had become a large monetary investment in PA equipment as well as a large soul investment in creating a new sound together. The five boys, while extremely diverse in their own ways share a love for classic rock roots bands, such as The Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, The Doors, etc. as well as a handful of proficient modern musicians like Bela Fleck and Ben Harper. Instrument proficiency, rhythm and high energy are the corner stones to Soul Priority's pyramid of sound. No member shows up to simply do his part. Each individual gives themselves wholly to provide their own show within a show and come together with more explosions than an unsafe fireworks factory. With an ever growing setlist and fan base, Soul Priority is slowly but surely accomplishing their goal of ushering in a new era of Rock & Roll to the 21st century listener's ears.
