Formed in Washington, DC in late 1997, Oktbrwrld fuses classic rhythm and blues vocal styling with funky grooves, rock, jazz, and enchanting soul-stirring lyrics to create a distinctive eclectic sound. This alternative R&B group has performed steadily on the East Coast.
