Founded by Carly V (KRUSH), Beautiful Trigger eschews the poptart, light rock trappings of typical female-front acts for a dominating display of six-string suppressive fire, billy club bass lines and percussive heavy shelling. Evoking a Pink-fronted Audioslave meets Nuno Bettencourt, the band rocks like oven-hot gasolinelaced cookies with a tall glass of milk.
