Description:
In September of 05, LeCompt felt like trying to whip up the project that once was tried. It was set to be a side project of Laity, but in the midst of things... Laity singer Christine Demeo felt she was being called to do praise and worship. So with Laity splitting, this was now a full time project for everyone. It was thought impossible that Chris would wanna join, especially with a ambient experimental project 2 years in the making called "Drove". Devin Castle made the call, and shortly after the pieces came together. It didn't feel right without Sean in the mix, so we brought him in after trying out another Hot Springs native Mike Vallejo.
Dreading Sundown has a lot of meanings, so it is hard to really focus and describe it as one thing. We have toured throughout Arkansas playing with lots of great local bands as well as National touring acts such as The Chariot, Maylene And The Sons Of Disaster, Fireball Ministry, and Five Bolt Main.
