I am addicted to this band. Once you hear them playing live, this happens. They are all amazing musicians and Bella's voice is increadible. But also Izzy, Darla and Wyatt are also impressive, when they sing. Best I ever heard! |

Description:
Soulful Rock from the heart of Texas, from Fleetwod Mac and Prince to Sheryl Crow and Pink! Straight from the heart of Texas, Ciao Bella is a Dallas based band; melodic and filled with the soul that comes from loving what they do. A group of talented songwriters, singers, and musicians, Ciao Bella is: Darla Whisenant (bass/vocals), Izzy (guitars/vocals/keyboards), Chris Estrada (guitars/vocals), Scott Miles (drums), and Bella Estrada (Lead vocals/guitars/keyboards). Ciao Bella has been a working band since 1999, playing clubs all around the Dallas/Fort Worth area, taking time out in August 2003 to play a brief tour in Germany. In October 2003 and again October 2004, Ciao Bella stepped into the platform boots, costumes, and makeup to do a KISS tribute show. The band continues to focus their efforts on songwriting and original pop/rock music. Their single “Tell Me” won runner up in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for two consecutive years. The Ciao Bella CD is currently being re-worked for the addition of 2 more songs and should be released soon. After August 2003 and June 2004 they went again to Germany June 2005, where they fascinated more and more people. And they will do that again August 2006!!!!!!

March 2006: First gigs are booked for the German Tour August 2006!!!!!!!!
January 2006: Plannings are in work, ..., because of the World Championchip Soccer this year in Germany, Ciao Bella will travel not in June, but August. Like the first year! Gigs will be anounced soon!
June 2005: Ciao Bella did an amazing tour, 8 gigs in 14 days, not very much sightseeing! But they did a live radio interview at "106.8 Rock'n Pop - Das neue Alsterradio", one of the best radio stations in Hamburg, Germany. And they did extremly great. They played also at the famous DOWNTOWN BLUES CLUB in Hamburg! Next year is already planned!!!!
January 2005: Everything is fixed, tickets are bought, Ciao Bella will be on another GERMANY TOUR in June 2005! Germany is waiting .......!!!!!
October 2004 - again a extraordinary KISS TRIBUTE SHOW, at Sue Ellen's, for a Halloween show..., no one should have missed that on Oct. 27!! Bella as Peter Criss (drums!!!!), Darla as Gene Simmons (voice did sound so original!!), Wyatt as Paul Stanley, Izzy as Tommy Thayer!!!!!!!! AMAZING! The costumes were all handmade, the show was breathtaking!!! Everyone should mark the calender and hope, that they will do it again next year, the Wednesday before Halloween!

June 2004 - "World Tour 2004" to Germany, they were on air at a local radio station, played gigs at Ramelsloher Hof, AKF summer party Hamburg, Consortium Harburg and Brauhaus Buxtehude, plus a private party at Angelika's house in Appel. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
