Band Members:
Jason Brad AKA “Cash” Cooper, hails from the great state of Texas, born and raised in Stephenville, he made his way to Austin from the Stockyards of Ft. Worth where he worked as a custom saddle maker. Cash sings lead and plays Bass for The RodKnockers. He is a young inventive songwriter, energetic bass player and a powerful singer/performer. Performing Rockin’ Country & Blues he takes his musical style from several artists, a few are the great Hank Williams, Jr. and Jim Morrison. Although you see a bit of each of these people in his performance, he is most definitely an original with an original sound to follow.

Austin Texas - home to CC Rios. Considers herself a homegrown Texan. Born in Las Vegas Nevada, moving from city to city as an Air Force brat, she finally settled here in Austin. She has lived in the Austin area since 1988. As a Female Hispanic Country artist, she offers the voice of a ranchera balladeer deeply rooted into the Classic Country sound. She has had the opportunity to play a song or two with several local country artists like Pete Benz, Brian Gowan and Mark Richey. She sings “The Mailman” on the recently released CD, titled “Rise of the White Trash Superhero” by The Dash Kizer Experience.”

Jon Heagle has honed his guitar skills in just about every kind of band imaginable, from the wedding circuit to the circus; from jazz clubs to rock dives to honkytonks. After an eight-year stay in New York City, Jon saw the error of his ways and relocated to Austin, Texas, bringing his signature lo-fi twang to the music of the RodKnockers.

Ernie Aguilar - Our Resident Drummer, is a full-time Engineering student who wants a degree before becoming famous. Cash met Ernie standing in line at the Academy Sporting Goods Store, Cash was buying bullets(another story in itself. Cash knew Ernie was destined to be a RodKnocker, he was wearing a "Zildjian" T-Shirt. The rest is history.....
