I was there New Years Eve 2003 at the Quinault Beach Resort. Some 900+ guest's and I had a great time eating at the fabulous buffet and then dancing until after midnight to the fantastic 50's ROCK n' ROLL music by the Boomer Band's feature " LEE GARRETT " . |

Boomer Band is a eight-piece band based out of Portland, Oregon. We perform regularly for large and small events and weddings throughout Oregon and Washington and Idaho.
Our musicians have many years of experience and we are always fine tuning our craft. Unlike some variety bands that hire from a call list of side players, we are a consistent cohesive group with thousands of hours of rehearsal and performance experience.
Boomer Band has provided music and entertainment for weddings, corporate and special events for discriminating clients at some of the finest facilities and private residences in the Pacific Northwest. To review locations and clients we have entertained go to our web site at www.boomerband.com.

Our musical styles create a potent sound and energy that ensures the success of your event. Your guests will be dancing and singing along to our addictive melodies.
Dinner and Cocktail Music: We frequently perform easy dance music at a low volume during the beginning of an event to encourage conversation among your guests.
Breaks: We play four 45 minute sets and take three 15 minute breaks. We play recorded music during breaks. You may provide your own music if you wish.
Performance Time: Our standard performance time is four hours. We would be happy to perform longer with overtime pay. This can be arranged in advance or on the spot.
Special Song Requests: Given ample notice we will learn a song for your event.
Live Performances: You are welcome to see us perform live. We perform at regular showcases. If this doesn't work into your schedule we may be able to invite you to a private event. Please ask.
Set up: We prefer to set up and conduct sound check before your guests arrive. In most cases, this means we set up 3 hours before the scheduled performance.
Announcements, Toasts: You are welcome to use our wireless microphone.
Instrumentation: Our eight-piece band consists of feature male vocalist, lead guitarist & vocalist, two female lead & backing vocalists also playing baritone & tenor sax, keyboardist & backing vocals, lead tenor saxophonist, bassist and drummer and vocalist.
Pricing: Our fee is based on the date of your event, the location and duration. To request a price quote you may call, or submit on-line using our Request Form! We will promptly respond to your inquiry.
