Description:
Joshua's Whisper is a three-piece metal band with a unique sound that's hard to describe. If you could cross Primus and Rush with Pantera and Alice in Chains, then boost the power up a couple notches, that would be close. The band simply can't be put into any catagory, yet heavy and complex, melodic and bizarre is a start. Joshua's Whisper's songs are also filled with haunting melodies, interesting structures, and superb musicianship. You HAVE to check them out.
Band Members:
Metal Blade recording artist Billy Queen is on drums. Powerful, creative, with lightning fast hands and feet, yet playing for the songs rather than his own glory. Incredible bassman Tim Bailes, who slaps, pops, strums, picks and bashes his bass into submission, yet produces beautiful melodies and intricate rhythm patterns, all while singing lead vocals. Blazing guitarist Greg Bailes plays intricate chord structures and rhythm patterns, inserting lead riffs at breakneck speed, or soothing beauty, all within the structure of a fascinating song. Not to be missed!
