Description:
Driver is a high energy modern rock band with influences from Stone Temple Pilots, to the R.H. Chili Peppers, to The Doors. A very original sound unlike any other in St. Louis at this time. I've never seen a show with more energy in my life, as I did when they performed @ Cicero's on Dec.11th. These 4 guys are destined for greatness. Don Waldman, with Magtek Entertainment
Band Members:
C.J.Smith is their Vocalist/frontman, he has been playing locally and regionally for the last 10 years in and around St.Louis. Some of his previous bands include Freudian Slip , Plum , Thrillseeker, and Crush. Ed Drayton, guitars, has been in L.A. for the last 10 years playing in various groups, being signed on a deal with Columbia Records and playing guitar with with the ESPN X-GAMES band. John Lupton,III ,bassist, has been playing on a national, regional, and locally for the past 25 years with a brief stint with Pavals Dog. Mike Hopp,drums, has been playing with various bands locally for the past 15 years.
