A Touch of Blue is a Pensacola, FL based band which consists of 4 members who all bring a wide diversity of music professionalism to the table. A Touch of Blue isn't just a single genre band; they’re a variety band with music consisting of rock, country, pop, oldies, and rhythm and blues.
Diversity is the key with this band. Their song selection and music ranges from artists like Johnny Cash to Sugarland, the Eagles and Kid Rock to John Mayer and Eric Clapton.
Variety is the Spice of Life and it shows in their high energy live performances. This band gets up close and personal and delivers what their audience wants to hear.
A Touch of Blue loves what they do; Playing GOOD music that will get people out of their seats on their feet.
Band Members:
Missy Quattro: Lead vocals: California native and daughter of Red Simpson. Singer/Songwriter whose numerous songs have been recorded by Buck Owens, Merele Haggard, Alan Jackson & Jr. Brown just to name a few. She has performed in front of live audiences since the age of 5. Her variety in music enables her to perform standard country to sultry blues, to rock-n-roll.
Al Quattro: Bass Guitarist & Vocals. Toured in and out of Nashiville in the 70's & 80's with various goups.
Raul Maysonet: Lead Guitarist & Vocalist: Local native to Milton, Fl. Played in Pensacola, FL and surrounding venues for the past 20 years.
Jim Seymour: Jim Seymour began playing drums at age eleven. Playing through high school with Larry Butler & the Satellites eventually let Jim to Kansas City in the 60’s where he played with Geno & the Soul Kings. Jim has performed with some heavy hitters like Jerry Lee Lewis, The Ink Spots and The Coasters.
