Description:
The Lilly Diamond Band performs a tribute to American Pop Music from 1900 to the Present.
In many ways music gives us a more accurate picture of people and events than any other medium. Music reflects the times, describes events and helps us remember forgotten emotions. The inspired renditions of your favorite songs will take you on an exciting trip down memory lane. Lilly and Mister D appeared throughout the Chicagoland area before traveling to the greener pastures of Northern California, and continue to entertain folks in the valley and foothills.
Band Members:
Lilly plays a Telecaster and sings the greatest hits of famous artists, such as Patsy Cline, Barbara Streisand, Janis Ian, Mary Hopkins, Crystal Gayle, Annie Lennox, and Jewel. Her soulful vocals and rhythmic guitar delight audiences.
Mister D plays a Korg arranger keyboard, creating the illusion of an entire orchestra performance. He sings the classic songs by Willie Nelson, John Anderson, Jimmy Buffet, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bruce Springston, Santana and Chuck Berry.
