We do rock, blues, dance and country covers, but also have some original music. Our stage presence is fantastic. Three part harmonies are a specialty. We are professional and dependable. So far, the audiences have loved us. We can also do a two or three piece acoustic set if the event or venue dictates. Apres ski, private parties, weddings, night clubs, you name it.
Amybeth Hurst is the lead singer and acoustic guitar player. She spent ten years in Los Angeles on the indie music scene where she recorded a CD with renouned producer Marty Rifkin. Since moving to Maine, this is her first project.
Rick Graham sings lead, plays lead and rhythm guitars as well as keyboard and harmonica. Rick has seen a great amount of success with The Rick Graham Band--the "go to" local rock band. Rick's guitar playing is second to none. Makes the rest of us look bad.
Tom Bruton kills it on drums. Tom is undeniably one of the best drummers in the state. His background is varied, and his style is tasty. Tom's kit includes all kinds of bells and whistles--more importantly, he knows how to use them. Feet start stompin' just hearing him set up!
Arnell Jones on bass, well, he's just amazing. Such a premier musician, an honor to be around.
****CALENDAR OF UPCOMING GIGS CAN BE FOUND AT WWW.JUKEUNION.COM, THE CALENDAR HERE IS NOT UP TO DATE****
Also sitting in occasionally are Bill Scott on fiddle and harmonica and/or Lindsey Montana on keyboards. These are two of Maine's premier musicians.
