Description:
The Voodoo3 is a Blues/rock variety band with huge range. Though based in SRV blues, Voodoo3 is a power trio that will cover a number of popular artists - Spindoctors, Los Lonely Boys, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Johnny Lang, SRV, Delbert McClinton. The Voodoo3 knows it's old school blues as well. This band doesnt stop there. Their huge range could book them in many kinds of venues. Their heavy rock covers artists like - Whitesnake, Alice n Chains, Bad Company, 38 Special, Bon Jovi... They touch on greats like Ray Charles. On some nights you might hear Journey. They almost always drive it home with their own revamped version of "Drift Away" Although they are a working cover band. They do have original music and write their own material. The Voodoo3 is a very versitile and dynamic power trio.

CC Stewart - Lead Vocalist, Lead Guitarist, Keys - They call him the "triple threat" CC can cover almost anyone on vocals. He has the gift on all 3 of his roles that seperates him from weekend bands. CC has performed all over the U.S. and Canada. His stage experience is endless...He has opened up nearly 70 national recording artists. He has much recording experience.One of his highlights was working with World Reknown guitar phenom - Bucky Barrett... recording over 20 tunes with Bucky in the 90's in trying to achieve a recording contract. CC continus to write and produce in Des Moines. He heads up the trio and they stay busy all year round.
Ernie Terrell - Vocals, Bass Ernie's personality on stage mixed with his technical and dynamic skill of his bass and vocals has earned him recognition as one of the most well known and respected bass players in the Iowa music scene. Ernie is a seasoned veteran of the bass. His technical skill, range, and versitility make him an absolute electrifying treat to watch. Ernie defines live entertainment.
Reggie Upshur - Vocals, Drums Reggie's the Rock of the Voodoo3. He keeps the band grounded and organized. His Drum work is in the pocket - he's solid. He knows his job is to back the energetic and dynamic duo up front. His Charisma on the microphone will tickle you. Reggie has a very deep voice and like to "Barry White" up the crowd with his smoothness. He can be intimidating at first glance. He's easily he size of an ALL-Pro Lineman. When he makes you laugh - you see why he's the master of power and finesse. His big persona reflects in his drumming and his vocals. He's dynamic. He's buisiness when he's serious - he's a teddybear cracking jokes when laid back. The band affectionately calls him "Man-Love"
