Description:
We are a hard rock band with a hardcore influence. But not the typical type, there is kind of a mix of 80's rock, grundge, and hardcore. We believe in having a good time and keeping it clean. we are there get our music out there, get our message out there, to have a good time, and to entertain those who have come to see us. We do almost all originals, but are willing to throw some cover song in if necessary. No demo yet, but we are in the process of working on one (we have some stuff recorded, but not mixed yet). We are in it to get heard, and not for the money, so we are not expensive.
Band Members:
Matt, the front man is a 24 year old who loves to rock himself. He and Rob do most all of the writing. Matt is full of energy and keeps the audience involved. He is also a former marine war veteran who seeks to reach a broken world. The lead guitarist, Rob is a 35 year old man, but 18 at heart. He loves to rock out and have a good time. He is a former drug addict gone clean and has an amazing testimony. The rhythm guitarist, Jeremy, is one of the founders of the band. He is 25 and loves to rock as well. He is a shy fellow....and single (ladies). The drummer, Alex is more punk influenced, but does an amazing job with the style of AAD. He is a living metronome and is easy to get along with. Double kick drum anyone? Jim, is another 35 year old, and is very new to the band. He has not played a show with us yet (April 20), but will be with us officially on May 19 at our show at the FiveOne. Alive After Death is a 5 piece band who has one mission in mind: to change the world through their music, why not start in west michigan?
