Formed in August 2002, Adrenaline Theory have remained one of the select few hard rock acts from Nashville worth mentioning by blending different sounds and textures in their music and also by touring relentlessly. Their sound combines brooding, heavy rhythms with dynamic metal riffs and a vocal that's all over the map. Singer Patrick Garrett's diversity allows Adrenaline Theory to be one of the most creative groups around, switching his voice from beautiful and melodic to aggresive and punishing at a moment's notice. "We all have totally different influences," Patrick notes. "We really try to stay away from being purely a metal band because alot of bands get cornered into being a one-trick pony. We decided from the beginning that we're more than just another rock cliche."
