I am Amanda Brett and I represent Whitestone Recording Studios. Whitestone Studios is owned by Edwin McCain and was designed by John Briglevich. We are a world class recording studio in the Historic West End of Downtown Greenville, SC. Greenville is located between Atlanta, Georgia and Charlotte, North Carolina. Our Main Street has been voted among the top Main Streets in America and the 32 acre park along the Reedy River is a great place to relax. Greenville's Main Street offers a great nightlife scene and with the art community expansion along our Reedy River, the Greenville Drive (our minor league Baseball team) and the many restaurants, shops and hotels in downtown it is the perfect getaway for musicians to record and work on new albums away from their everyday surroundings. Edwin and I are well connected around town, so we could certainly make the whole recording experience inclusive and amusing. The cherry on top is Whitestone itself. The main studio consists of a large tracking room, three isolation booths, and a lounge. The control room includes a Mac G5, 2 Pro Tools 192 HD/3 units and numerous high-quality outboard processors. The main room has been used for several albums, including Edwin McCain's "Lost In America", Williams Riley Debut, Benton Blount, Parmalee and Smile Empty Soul to name a few. The editing studio consists of a tracking room (ideal for singer/songwriters) and a control room with a Pro Tools HD/1 rig. and Whitestone Studios proudly uses Hercules Stands.
